URGENT: Clutch Replaced, Now Having Problems
Just wanted to update this to say what the dealership said. After they checked it out, they determined that the flywheel was not on straight and so was not in time with the crankshaft sensor (their words). Thankfully it was covered by the warranty through the original guy because they were going to charge me $722 to fix it. x_x

At what RPMs does the "bucking" start? I've had similar issues, and many others who have had this symptom narrowed it down to the fuel dampers going out. The symptom most others have seen in relation to this was the bucking starting at around 2500rpms. I'm still researching my issue right now, but it could be a vacuum or fuel-related problem, not the transmission alone.
What did he touch when he replaced the clutch? Did he disassemble anything related to intake/vacuum or fuel hoses?

UPDATE: He went to O'Reilly's and rented an alltell and it showed like 4 or 5 different sensor codes (none of which were present before this and none of which triggered the CEL). He's also not entirely sure he reset the ECU properly. He said he's tried a bunch of times but it doesn't seem to go past the 8th step in the procedure (http://www.technosquareinc.com/350reset.htm). If the ECU was not properly reset, would it cause this issue?

no. it makes me wonder if he knocked something loose getting the bolts on the top side of the trans, or maybe damaged a sensor that is left on the engine when you remove the trans. take it back down, and go over everything
Well, it's going to the dealership later today. I was mainly seeing if it was something simple that he could try before it went. I'm pretty dismayed to see that it doesn't look like it's going to be something simple. :/ Thanks all for your help.

^^^THIS. When there's multiple trouble codes that weren't there before the repair, something is jacked up. Glad you figured out that a trained Nissan tech is required. One suggestion: ask the service writer who their most experienced tech is with 350Zs and schedule time with that individual.
