Default Replacing 06 Track front suspension - wanting oem setup and have questions

In my years of messing with Z's, I've never messed with suspension as I prefer stock height/ride quality. I need to replace my front shock/strut and I am confused on a couple of things...

If my suspension doesn't feel 'floaty' and pretty stiff, should I replace my struts? I've still got a creak even though I've now replaced the sway bar end links and bushings, compression arms, and lower control arms. Will bad struts creak?... I don't know what else could be the case.

I'm gonna go with some monroe sensa-trac's if that could be the issue.

Sorry for the ignorance, I've read the stickies but most of the info is a about stancing/lowering the car.

A bad strut can make noise, same with the upper strut mount. If your still on OEM struts, they are 10 years old, you didn't mention mileage on them. Typically shocks/struts are good for 60k miles

I haven't had good experiences with Monroe, but that might just be me. I had a set of replacement struts for a civic that went bad in a little less than two years.

I would think it would be a good idea to replace all four then if that wasn't already the plan.

Wonder if I should get the Autozone Gabriel ultras since they come with a lifetime warranty.?
