"Function and Form type 2 or Megan street series"
I have been on the net for two weeks, and I have found "1" thread about f&f vs Megan. But It just turned into a f&f vs (tien and everything else) thread after like 4 vague posts...
I just dropped 5k on some work rims and tires for my 350z. My questions are
Since Megan is the "better" brand, will it be better to drop 1200 on the Street series(type 2)
And will that series give me a low enough drop to get the aggressive look I want????
Hoping to get somebody that has bought the Megan (type 2).
Reason being, I'm not going to autocross in this lifetime so all I'm doing is lowering my car. My neighborhood vender says(naturally) "don't waste your money on f&f, Megan is better" but he only stocks "Megan so I just took it as him feeding me a line.
I see tones of pic and write ups about -Function and forms type 2- kits. But they are pretty cheap and if it really is fully adjustable then I'm just going to grab those.
But if the Megan street series(or type 2) is really that much better and can drop low enough to get the aggressive look I want (like 3" from ground) it might be worth the extra $400
Again I've been looking, on my350z and the web... Found nothing useful at all. I just need human logic to make the "correct" purchase.
Thanks

Some VS XX's
19x10.5 -8 front
19x12 -28 rear
With toyo proxes
I'd post pictures, but they're still being made. I think I'm about 8 weeks out

Agree with Sam. Fortune Auto is one of the few if not only suspension company who builds it to YOUR specs. They match the shock valving to the spring setup you choose and then test it on a shock dyno before its shipped. They build their suspension in the US with actual customer support. Can't go wrong with Fortune Auto, I did a ton of research before ordering my setup.

Sounds like you just want something to slam the car with. Judging by your wheels specs you want low with crazy camber.

Pretty much. I'm just going for look until I get enough Monet to clap it out.
Mainly as my getaway car at my wedding.
But I don't want to "waste" my money on something that won't give me the look I want.
I have seen a lot about BC...
So yikes Megan and f&f won't work? It seems like a healthy amount of heads have them.
Idk, but that's why I'm here
Thanks for all the input
