Default Rear Wheel Toe Out

I am working on a 350z that clipped a guardrail. The rear right wheel was toeing out. I replaced the upper control arm and it is much closer but still slightly toed out. I noticed some damage to the sheet metal near the spring perch. I suspect the spring perch my be off and that maybe the spring is bent. Would this cause the toe out? I am thinking of changing to true coilovers in the hopes that I can not worry about the spring perch. Anyone have any experience with this type of thing?

When I got it

After I replaced the upper control arm and fixed the body damage. Don't judge my body work. I only primed it to see how bad the damage was after pulling the quarter out.

I did remove the spring and reattached the swing arm the the toe issue seemed to go away. Not sure if that tells me anything or not.

Left and right use the same arms. You have an extra set of good arms for measurements
