Default ABS Pulse when braking under 10 mph

I've had my Z for almost a year and last Friday was the first time I've ever done anything related with the brakes. I decided to do the brembo swap. The swap went well and everything works great.

I've had a problem that has persisted ever since I've owned the car. Right before I come to a complete stop, my brakes get ONE pulse from the ABS, mainly during smooth braking and gradual slowing down. I now know for sure it is not the rotors, pads, or calipers. All fluid has been bled with Typ 200 and multiple times per caliper. A month ago, I checked all my abs sensors for dirt on them and cleaned them. I also noticed there was dirt caked behind the spindle/hub cover where the sensors go in the front.

Is there a way to take off the ABS sensor ring cover on the back of the spindle without having to unbolt the hub? I was just thinking of spraying brake cleaner in the two holes on the cover to try and get the dirt off but I don't know if that's a good idea.

Also, could it be the actual ABS module causing the pulsing?

What was the ultimate fix with this? Just swapped to the Akebonos and having the same exact issue. All other factors the same as yours.

seems like Artemus Prime was already having the issue before he did his swap.
Have you jacked the car up and inspected the brakes/wheel surroundings?

You can check status of ABS sensors with a high end OBD2 scanner. My Harbor Freight ZR13 scanner does this. The scanner will tell you which wheel is malfunctioning. The axle ring requires removal of the axle to replace although, some Ford users have fixed theirs by regluing the rings with JB Weld.
