Front end clunking
Good Morning.
I have a 2003 350Z. I have been experiencing clunking sounds in the steering that can be felt in the steering wheel. When driving, it makes the car feel like it's skipping across the lane. It actually changes the steering and makes driving it quite hairy.
I've replaced the LCA forward and LCA rearward. I thought that would fix it because I found the LCA forward's bushings to be gone. But nope. Still an issue. My question is...does the rack and pinion have bushings that are known to fail causing the rack to move around
at it's mounting points? I've already checked the inner and outer tie rods. They're fine.
Thank You.
