Coilovers
My Z has some pretty fat and wide tires so it scrapes the fender when it bounces on an uneven road and sometimes shreds off tire. Really bad. They stick out past the fender, I like the look but I don’t like the tear lol. I am wondering if getting coilovers would help it? If I made it a really stiff ride so it won’t bounce and scrape. Thinking of tein street basis. And if I get them does anyone know if I can keep stock height on my car? I don’t want to get any lower to risk scraping.

While new shocks and coils may help the tires from scraping on small bumps, it'll likely continue to scrape when going up driveways and other bumps meant for trucks.
I had a really stiff setup on my car, like double the rates of the Tien coilovers you mention. The suspension still moves, you still need to properly set everything else.
