Default Coilovers

My Z has some pretty fat and wide tires so it scrapes the fender when it bounces on an uneven road and sometimes shreds off tire. Really bad. They stick out past the fender, I like the look but I don’t like the tear lol. I am wondering if getting coilovers would help it? If I made it a really stiff ride so it won’t bounce and scrape. Thinking of tein street basis. And if I get them does anyone know if I can keep stock height on my car? I don’t want to get any lower to risk scraping.

How wide are your tires? Any possibility of just rolling your fenders enough to provide sufficient clearance for rebound?

You can pick up some camber arms for the front and have it aligned with a little negative camber, which should help the issue. For the rear there is a little adjustment stock, which can get you to -2.5*. Note that going with more negative camber than stock will lead to faster and uneven tire wear.

While new shocks and coils may help the tires from scraping on small bumps, it'll likely continue to scrape when going up driveways and other bumps meant for trucks.

most big box alignment places wont touch the front, since they are not adjustable from the factory

I had a really stiff setup on my car, like double the rates of the Tien coilovers you mention. The suspension still moves, you still need to properly set everything else.
