Is it worth it?
I have a 2005 Roadster that my wife and I are using for weekend jaunts and autocross. It has the one piston front brakes.
I am going to remain in D Street Class, which means I cannot get a BBK. That would throw me into Prepared Class and forget that noise. This is for fun and to be a little competitive not a stripped out race car. I am keeping the heated seats and other amenities.
I CAN, however, update or backdate to better brakes. I am not trying to go Brembo, but is it worth it to update to the 2006 calipers to get two piston brakes over the one piston? I can source a parts car for about a grand, so any and all parts that are usable for me will be stripped off and the hulk sold to the scrap yard.

The upgrade will be worth it if you get the '06-08 rotors as well. They have a larger swept area, and should help with better brake feel and modulation.
