Default Front Control Arm Tire Wear

Sorry for the giant picture. This is my front right tire. The bushings on one of my control arms is bad and causing serious wear to my tire. Shop told me its the front control arm but I cant visibly see where it is contacting the tire from any angle so im assuming the wear only happens under load. What piece in specific could be causing this? What specifically needs replacing? I am not comfortable driving the car until this is taken care of and want to know what needs to replaced.

It’s a bad bushing on the control arm, it is not contacting, but your alignment is thrown off to the point it destroys tires.

Thanks so much. This is exactly what i wanted to know. Would it be a good idea to replace the whole control arm or is just a bushing change needed?

I replace bushings and use Whiteline for street cars. Expensive and you never worry again
