The biggest concern I have w/ the S. Tech's on my G35 is the balance of the car. The G35C already understeers a bit in stock form. Add the fact that the S. Tech rear springs are a lot softer than the front ones leads to a very poor driving behaviour when driven anywhere near aggressive. However, highway feel is pretty good--a nice soft ride.
I'll be swapping my S. Techs for a set of Tein Flex coilovers soon.

Im not to big a fan of springs, on the 350Z, but if u do go with springs buy RSR or Tein. Also don't forget about the added stress on your stock shocks. I personally would get the Tein Basic damper set with 2-way ride height adjustability. They only cost about $780. It's well worth it, think about it 4 shocks and 4 springs.
