Question How To: change springs

There's been some great step-by-step pictures of how to change brake pads and other DIY's. Are there any how-to's for changing springs?

NOTE: on the how to listed about that I did. On the oem 350Z springs and shocks, you do not need to use a spring compressor to get the spring/shock combo off the car in the front. But you will have to compress the spring to get it off the shock body. It would just be easier to do it on the ground vs on the car like shown.
