Default Nismo sways & Eibach Pro Springs installed

Posted engine mods on previous thread. Also, installed Nismo sway bars and had Eibach Pro springs installed. Obviously had full alignment performed also. Sways were no problem DIY and I'm no mechanic but I knew the springs were too much for me so had installed for me. The ride is fantastic. So flat, so quick in the turns and no 'bounce' (although I never suffered from it much). There is a stretch of road where I always felt it though and it has gone. The 1 inch drop is perfect. I always loved the stock Track Rays rims but now know I need to fill those wheel wells some more. Thanks to Jason and the guys at performance Nissan for the great prices and excellent service.

I have a post inquiring about coilovers. Will this setup reduce the bounce to the point my wife will actually enjoy riding in the car? I was thinking coilovers because of the adjustability but I'm really clueless on suspension upgrades. I did upgrade the springs & struts on my Z31 but that produced a stiffer ride, which is what I was going for.

This setup has reduced the bounce for me and that is due to the springs not the sway bars. The ride is stiffer, flatter and the bounce I had is gone. These are progressive springs. In my opinion, ‘the bounce’ is very subjective and varies car to car. Some people never had a problem with 'bounce' - was that reality or perception ? Who knows. All I can say is that I and many others have noticed that installing these or similar springs (even without shocks or a full coilover setup) has greatly improved the ride in many ways. The sway bars are also a noticeable improvement but to the overall stance and poise of the car in the turns, not to bounce. I'm no expert at all but this is my personal experience.
