Default Coilover settings

Those of you that have coilovers with adjustable stiffness (HKS, Tien, JIC, etc), what dampening settings do you use under the following conditions for both front and rear:

1. 1/4 mile
2. Autocross/canyon runs/etc
3. Everyday driving

Please also list the brand of coilovers you have.

Thanks

My Opinion...

1. 1/4 Miles (soft rear / stiff front)
2. Autocross / Canyon = Stiff w/ lots of negitive camber
3. every day driving = I drive like I am in number 2 cituation all the time.. wnats every day driving like? hhe
