Painting Calipers
Well, It's really your call. But if you just take the time to inspect the area that the caliper encompasses you'll figure it out. I recommend that you buy a smaller paint brush than what comes in the G2 kit. It will make it much easier to reach some of the tighter areas.
I didn't realize you were painting Brembo's. I think they look good "as is". I agree, the nonbrembo's are tiny but they still look better painted. I'll be doing a BBK in the future (probably Willwood) but it's going to have to wait until after my daughter's wedding & college.

I don't have brembo's, I just put on some Track Wheels, and you can see the calipers a heck of a lot more. I will buy a smaller brush at Michaels tonight when I get back from the Sky Sox game.

Post some pic's when your finished.
Oh! I just remembered, been so long, make sure you are careful with that brake cleaner. You don't want that on the bleeder screws or the lines, it is corrosive and can eat through that plastic. If any gets on there, try and clean it off immediately.
Well, I just finished painting my calipers today. Now I just need to wait 24 hours for the paint to dry. Here are a few pics. And thanks to my wife for helping me, she put masked everything that didn't need paint.
Can't wait to see how they look with the Track Rays on.

Here is a pic with the wheel on. I can't drive until late tomorrow afternoon, so the pic might be a little dark in the garage.
Thanks all for the advice on this. It made it much easier.

My wife thought she would give her calipers a try, OMG!
Any suggestions folks? I am so mad right now.
JK, I think this guy actually did this, LOL! Repost but funny. http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=1389610
