Default Need help: Bolt on brake disc keeping wheels from fitting

I have a 03 350z and i have 19x8.5 ADR M-sport wheels that iam trying to put on and theirs a bolt on the brake disc that is between the bolt pattern. I need some help.

it's to keep you from mounting the rear wheels w/ the wider tires on the front I believe.

Thank you guys for helping i appriciate it a lot. I took the bolts off and put the wheels on, and they look great.
