Hi guys,
1. The car looks great! This was a special sponsorship deal I had with the guys from Car Excess. We do not do this sort of custom paint option on a regular basis. And, after going through the process, I doubt we'll ever do it again (no offense) . So everyone else, please don't call me and ask.
2. As for the rotor orientation, thackattk's rotors are correct. Seanrulz, yours are on backwards! Here's a diagram. Notice that the internal vanes run in the opposite direction of the drill hole arcs. Seanrulz, your rotors are not pumping air like they are supposed to. i would recommend swapping them immediately.
Picture this rotor on the left front of your Z...when the rotor spins, the leading edges of the internal vanes cut through the air, and the air speeds back along the vanes and is evacuated on the outer edge of the rotor.

Enjoy the brakes guys, and let me know if you need anything else.

Oops, then I'm wrong. Hahaha. I got my Stoptechs as used so I didn't see any labels indicating which side is which. If I didn't see this thread, I'd just have it wrong like that forever. Damn!
I think I should've been research a little more about the product I'll use.

Mike this is off-topic like crazy but I know you will be able to help.

How did you rig your fuel door with the kit? Did they create a special hinge, etc. They are ready to paint my z and r stuck with what to do with the fuel door. something about it opening wierd.

Thanks mike

Yea, we had a problem with the fuel door as well. The hinge they have on it is a cheap piece of crap and needs to be replaced with something better.
With the overall great quality of the kit, to actually have that sub par hinge on the fuel door just doesn't make sense.

Yea, I got second place Nissan. I got beat by an Altima with rims, LV interior and 5 TVs. The show was really bad and very political. Oh well. I did do a photo shoot the next day, I'm pretty sure the Altima didn't

I should be back in Miami for the Dub show around the middle of July. Maybe I'll see you there.

I did take my first best of show at a medium sized car show (about 90 cars) at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa last Saturday.
