Stoptech 4 wheel big brake pics
I love 'em! Got them installed last week.
Anyone interested in new big brakes, keep in mind that you may have to replace your stock hub bolts with longer ones. With my wheel set up my stock hub bolts were too short and I had to buy the nismo 60mm bolts, which cost me $150.00 dollars shipped.
Another thing about install is you have to cut the stock brake dust covers off. So, they aren't exactly bolt on, but pretty close. If you have the correct tools, installation isn't bad.
Here's some pics....these were custom painted by my body shop to match my car, they do not come from Stoptech in this color yellow.

One question, are refering to wheels studs (w/spacers?), I have installed the kit a few times and cannot see how the hub bolts come into play?

Well done...notice a difference with decreased pedal effort, stops like the Hand of God? That is one sick Z. The interior is not quite my cup of tea, but I really admire all the work and dedication it takes to put a project like yours together. Nice.

I have to say that Stoptech has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They go out of their way to please the customer and they offer an incredible product.
The way the brakes were packaged, shipped, instructions included, all top notch.
I worked with Jeff, he was extremely easy to get ahold of, and always returned phone calls.

If you want your calipers a custom color, give them a call, tell them you want them to send you just the unfinished calipers so you can have them painted, then send them back. Shipping will probably run you around 50 dollars total both ways, painting probably less than a hundred.

Yay, Stoptechs all the way!
I have the same setup as you do and more I drive them, more I love them!
One question though, as I see in your picture, the way drilled holes are located in your rotor seems to be backwards, I mean, they are arrayed and pointing fowards I think, which is exactly opposite with mine. Which one is right? Almost all the cross-drilled rotors point backwards.
Am I wrong? I just don't know.
