Default New Source for Brembo Rotors

Does anybody know anything about these guys? The rotors are even gold, might match out calipers. Looks interesting to me, and the price is certainly right.

Thought it would be obvious. The Rotors are not Made by Brembo, but made by Performance Plus Brakes to fit the Brembos on the track "Z" and the 6MT "G". Just wondering if anyone has heard of this outfit. The site looks legit. I know there has been a lot of talk about Brembo's high prices on slotted or drilled rotors. But, to my knowledge, no other company like Rotora, has made direct replacements yet. Any opinions?

obviously a group buy for replacement rotors for those with brembo brakes.

OEM rotors are about $450 each, I think.

unfortunately, I dont like slotted and drilled rotors. Wonder if they can make them plain also? (Looking on the site, I see they do, but not in gold)

I just thought with enough of us wanting them we might be able to get them a bit lower. I know my friend and I would be down for a set. If we could get ten Im sure we could get them to give us a bulk rate.

That seems like a really good deal, plus they are made by Brembo. I couldn't believe the price of the OEM Brembo rotors, $400 each, WOW.

Yeah, they are made by brembo and come with new calipers and SS lines. Shipping is free and there's an $80 rebate if you buy more than 2 sets.

gold rotors with gold calipers is too much gold. Perhaps the black may look better. Makes the gold stand out more rather than just having silver rotors. From what i heard brembo slotted/drilled are weak rotors..... can cracck easily. Any truth?

what is the difference between the slotted rotors and the autocross slotted rotors?

Plus, if i purchase the drilled rotors.... will they crack if i do 1/4mi runs and freeway runs and hard stopping occasionally. Under what conditions will drilled rotors crack?

Drilled rotors have inherently unstable surfaces and can crack. Stress risers are induced anytime a HOLE is introduced into the surface of the rotor. Small stress fractures have been known to occur frequently, particularly under performance driving conditions. Stick with slotted rotors for both performance and durability in the Z.

I called them today and group pricing is out of the question. They said that they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the pads and rotors. If they crack they will replace them for free!

and also does the color stay on the rotor or does it wear off after the first month since it is only coated?
