Default need hatchkis sway bar install help

i am installing the hochkis sway bars on my z. after having to remmove a section of my greddy exhaust to get the rear bar in, i'm stock on the front one. i have no idea how to remove the 5th bolts holding the bushing brackets. the ones right under the bar. i tried a swiver socket that doesn't fit. can't get in there with an open wrench either. how did you guys get these off?
also, do the wheels have to be in the air in order to get the ball joint bolt out of the bar?
I appreciate the help.

You put the new bar in place BEFORE removing the old one?

There are plastic covers on each side that need to be removed to access the mounting bolts.

The wheels can be up or down to remove the end pin.
