Please post if you've installed Hawk HPS brake pads
I've got the HPSs in my Brembos. The fronts make a half-second sqeak once every two weeks or so. I did have to grind the sides of the backing plates a tiny bit to make them fit. The rears are quiet but clunk around in the caliper when I change from going forward to reverse. As in, back up, brake, ::clunk::, put it in 1st, go forward, brake, ::clunk::, then they're fine.
I bedded mine in like a ****. I found the most agressive bedding procedure and went with that. The whiplash was worth it. The next week, with 150 lbs out of the car and a light tank of gas (putting the car's weight at just under 3,000lbs), I could stop in an average 93 ft 60-0. That's 5 runs, 3 one way, 2 the other, best stop was 86ft, worst was 99ft.
Sorry, just thought I'd share. Also, when I bring her down from 60+ to 0, my speedo is still reading 20-25 mph when the wheels stop moving. This car stops faster than gravity can make that thing fall!
edit-sorry, this was also on the RE040s too.

I have them in the front. They squeek at low speeds (i.e. coming to a stop) more often than not. They were installed at Speed Image and Eric broke in the pads for me; therefore, I'd assume the break-in procedure was properly followed. They are not that unbearable b/c I usually drive with my windows closed. Also, the exhaust note and the music may contribute to the fact that the squeeking sound doesn't bother me as much as they do others.

Yeah. Use Permatex. It helps. Then, go drive and mash the heck out of the brakes a few times to bed them in nicely. Or, do one Open Track event. They'll stop squealing, for sure!!!
I have ran HP Plus and HPS. Both are quiet after you heat 'um up and wear 'um down a little.
Mine make a tiny bit of noise every now and then still...
