Tein Flex spring pre-load setting?
For the adjustable coilovers (i.e. Tein Flex) how much pre load is being applied on everyone's set up?
What's a good rule of thumb on spring pre load, if any?

What are you talking about? Where to put the lower perch? The Tein instructions tell you where to put it. I don't know of anything else that is adjustable on them other than the dampening of the shocks.
On the Tein Flex coilover, there are three things to adjust: 1) spring pre-load, 2) damping, 3) height adjustment.
I'm wondering how much spring pre-load to apply (where the spring perch is located wrt shock length) in general or as a rule of thumb besides what Tein suggests.
1) Is there an ideal range (location) for performance?
2) How much pre-load are you applying?
