2006 I imagine it fits most model years with the exception of the newer ones

sorry not willing the part unless you have someone to buy the calipers. It will be much harder to sell for me.

Sorry for the stupid question, but is everything there required to throw on an 03 Z with stock (NON Brembo's) brakes?

not a stupid question. the only thing missing off one brake line is this
as far as fitting on an 03 I am not sure what the differences between that and an 06. If its the same then yes.
