HOW WE DO IT
The process begins by selecting only the highest quality, OEM spec brake rotors. We ensure that surface quality, vane designs, and finished surfaces meet strict standards. Each application is drawn to scale and precisely CNC machined at our headquarters in Southern California to achieve optimal quality and performance. We practice machining techniques that uphold the structural integrity of the rotors. All brake rotors are manufactured to meet QS and ISO quality system standards and are a direct replacement over OEM brake rotors with no modification required for installation.

PREMIUM SPORT – Key Features:
G3500 grade cast iron or High Carbon material (where applicable)
Mill-balanced to diminish rotating imbalance
Double-disc ground friction surface minimizes run-out and provides for better break-in/bed-in procedure
Black, electroplated finish more resilient than Zinc and provides for long-lasting corrosion protection
Center-split core casting provides thermal efficiency which results in superior braking power and safety
Fully machined surfaces for a further balanced and cleaner component

DESIGNS AVAILABLE (Example photos below, actual designs vary per application) – All rotors are machined in Southern California, US. All cross-drilled holes reinforced with countersinking which minimizes stress under hard braking. Vector slots serve as an installation guide.
