Question capital one finance, Good or Bad?

Ive been reading different posts on several web boards, alot of people have used Capital One Auto Finance, to finance their cars. But no one seems to mention if they have good/bad service throughout their loan, IE, dispute handling, customer service, etc.. any bad complaints? are they recommended or should one stay away from them? I know about the rates and such, so not concerned about that.

Just wondering on how they do buisness, as a company.

Thanks
Zip

i went with capitol one for financing only because they offered the best rate (they match rates). i didnt really have to deal with their customer svc, etc. yet because all my payments are electronic. so far so good though. hence, i cant really comment on how they are after you take out the loan, but they were pretty cool during the process.

For an even better deal log on through Costco.com if you are a member and save even more. I think they are great. Have my car & 2 co trucks financed through them. Don't tell your auto salesmnan you have a loan till after you close the deal as they make a profit through dealer loans.

use them on my other car and they are great. Like said previously they offered the lowest rate at the time.

I used them for my RX-7 loan and they were great, however they couldn't match my percentage rate that I have with my credit union. So the 350 loan is through my credit union for 4.49% over 66 months.

Hi Zip,

I've been with Cap One for a long time. As with any finance institution keep your payments up to par. They've been very good to me. ZRA.
