04' Roadster - Touring, A/T, Navi - $31k, good?
The price sounds pretty good to me. I have always wanted a Z with Navigation. But i could never find it unless its a roadster. So what do you guys think? $31k can ball lower?
Checked KBB, trade-in for $28k, Private for $31k, retail for $35k
Its certified in a nearby dealership.

Sounds like you did your homework checking on the trade in... Tell the dealer you know how much they paid for that car and if they can make you a deal you will leave with it today. I don't think I would submit to the $31k; there is always some room to work down the price. But that sounds like a good price considering how few roadsters I have seen on the market.
When I bought my car used I started from the trade in value in good condition and made the dealer work up from there. 9 months later my car is still worth more totalled than what I paid for it
