Default How much for G35?

Im planning on buying my mom a G35x sedan automatic. Sticker price is around 33k-35k pending on options i will have the car equipped with. Im wonderin how much am i looking to go out the door for this car? Are infinitis easy as nissan to haggle the price and are there any interest rate specials wiht the g35's? This is a little gift im buying for my mom since she made a down payment for my Z as a christmas gift. ($5000) Im payin for the car monthly so dont flame me for parents buyin me the car. I work hard for my money.
I will be paying for the car in cash with my own hard earned money if interest rate is not as great as i had on my maxima. If its decent interest rate I will be financin it and pay it off within a year. Can i have some feedback on your previous experiences with the sedans. Any problems or things i should look for? What sort of options should i get. Or would you guys rather buy an Acura TL, Audi A4, Lexus es330, or IS300??

My mom just had a TL as a loaner for the past few days...she would definitely prefer it to any G35. The TL has a nicer interior and just seems more refined to me - it's very quiet and very smooth. I would probably prefer the G b/c it is a little more fun to drive...but it is showing its age. Can't speak for the IS/ES....never been an A4 fan (overpriced, underperforming IMO). Benz has some good deals going on the C-class if those suit your mom.

thanks for the input hopefully we can test drive all the cars this month...Power and "fun to drive" is not really a priority. Lookin for reliability, safety, refined, smooth, quiet, excellent service, day to day driving entry luxury car
