Default $30,000 OTD for '06 Enthusiast

$30,000 OTD seems to be what I am seeing people paying on this forum for an '06 Enthusiast.

Would it stand to reason that you could get a base for $1,500 less than that (28,500 OTD)?

I appoligize as I'm sure this thread will get moved to another spot.

About right but it makes a lot sense to spend the extra 1500.

You can get a base for between $25-26K OTD. You can get an Enth. for near $27-28K OTD.

Definitely enth. It's worth it. But haggle with them a little. (What worked for me was the usual "man I really want this car...") Knowing this, they know they're going to sell it to ya for a good price. Good luck.

Where exactly are you getting said "Z" from? You should try Vallejo Nissan, buddy of mine got a brand new 04 track model for $32k from them about a year ago. Stay away from Vacaville or Fairfield Nissan.

Out-the-door comparison pricing is absurd. States have different licensing and registration fees, and taxes.

27-28 sounds bunk. An 06 enth in pa is http://www.config.nissanusa.com/Disp...VehicleSummary

You won't find one without mats, kick plates, and cargo pkg. Thats 30,300 before tax and dealer fees. Thats 32,118$ after tax before title tags ect.

Invoice is about 2k under msrp roughly, dealer holdback around 500. If your lucky like me and got an extra in house 500 off because of a "best deal" policy, then you can squeak by around 29k otd. Winter pricing is better on the Z, and some may have gotten amazing deals. But your question is regarding the average, and its about 29-30 otd.

Its worth it spend some more and get the enthusiast, just the LSD alone is worth it, (unless you get aftermarket). I got mine OTD for about $31,000, with 6yr, 65,000 mile warranty, and the MSRP was $31,XXX.

you should get 06 enth. with below 30,000, just haggle with them. i paid $29,300 got my 06 enth. with few options: aero kits, side airbags, and free of life oil changes (these option will be at least worth $2,000), and don't forget i bought it 4 months ago when the 06 just arrived, the price should be higher than right now.

OTD means with tax & license. $30 K OTD in Cali for an Enthusiast ain't bad.

Exactly. People should compare prices before tax title lic and reg for fair comparison from state-to-state.

If you're in the Bay Area, $30K OTD means about $27,250 before TTL, since TTL is about 10% of car price. That's 500 below invoice. I'd say that's a great deal. I would make sure to ask the dealer to explain what 'OTD' means before you commit.

The only dealer I will not buy from is Santa Rosa, which is where I live because when I tried to get my truck serviced under warranty, they..... well lets just say I wouldn't pi$$ on them if they were on fire

What's wrong with those two !-80 dealers?

Don't really care who I buy from, as long as I get what I want.

Amen bro, Fairfield is the worst, and Vacaville is all screwed up (ex-employee warned me). They think they deal with a bunch of tourists or something.

Yeah... Fairfield sales is pretty bad... However, Im really happy with their Service Department... I have an 04 (Base) and it did have some serious feathering... Took in - They test drove the car - Felt the tires - Asked me if I could wait or wanted to schedule an appointment... I didnt have much time so I made an appointment instead... When I came back I was there for about an hour tops... They REPLACED my fronts and did an alignment as well... Needless to say I have all my service done there...

Anyway... I think 30K OTD is a good deal...
