Just FYI, I bought mine over the internet. I searched for dealers with searcheable inventories that posted invoice prices, and emailed inquiries for the specific car I wanted.

The dealer I actually bought it from was 2 1/2 hours away (in Charlotte, NC). He initially priced it at dealer invoice, I offerred $500 below invoice, and he accepted. And they delivered the car no charge.

BTW, I buy a new vehicle about every 3 years, and I haven't set foot in a dealership in many years, except to take possesion after the deal was made.

Wow good deal. I did the same, I quoted online first and only asked 300 under invoice. Out of the 12 I talked to only 1 accepted. When I got there they added the 605 destination + 499 dealer fee... as a result I bought the used UltraYellow 05 on the lot.

Invoice in my area is 28100 also. The sticker was 31k. They gave me 500 above invoice. I went out the door after everything, taxes, registration, all that good stuff for 30k out the door. They gave me a bunch of free stuff also, like the aluminum side sills, mud guards, and a bunch of the bags. I think i got a good deal. But it seems like you got a really good deal.
