Almost got it today...
I had intention to visit two dealerships who were expecting me today, and when I left the house around 2pm I noticed they were beginning the process to pave my streets. Uggh. I called and told them it would be at least another week before I'd come in to see about a Z. I was going to get a white one and can't imagine bringing it home to streets that were in the process of being paved.

So far, not exactly. I wanted a white or silverstone 06 track model. I've talked to 3 dealers, none have it. All have said they can get it and deliver to me for under $34k. I'm not set in stone on it. If I went and saw a nice enthusiast or touring model I liked, I might take it home.
Ah.
I never believe the "I can get it for you" stories. Prolly cuz I'm a natural-born cynic about car salesmen, sometimes.
Where in Virginia are you? Most of the Northern Virginia dealers have their inventory on line (although not necessarily up to date - dealer I bought my car from still shows my car in his inventory!), and seems to me that coupes in silverstone are pretty easy to find. Maybe not in the track trim line, though.
Just did your research for you! Look on www.autotrader.com R. Stempler Nissan in Edgewood, MD (about 50 miles from No.Va.) has a white and a silverstone coupe in stock. One stickers at around 37k, the other around $34. Doesn't say what trim lines, but maybe those prices can give you a clue.
Autotrader is a good search engine, you can quickly go to the dealers' inventory and see what they have.

Ok you passed the "smart" test, welcome aboard :P
This is a great take for the "you know you drive a Z when" topic, plus we can all tell your gunna fit right in with the rest of us **** Z drivers when it finally happens.....stupid construction, I bet just because you need them to finish asap it'll coincidentally take forever, or is that just the case with all road construction? lol
i dont know if you've tried this...but go to the Nissan website and build your Z and search for it at the dealers...just enter your zip code and it'll have a list of all the Nissan dealers in your area and their inventory
