Default looking at some 03's..

i got some questions, i really want a 2004.5 and up. I ceen some 03's at dealers i wanted to know whats the best way to find out if any repairs been done to a particular car. Tranny, tires issue, window, etc.

can i run the VIN at any nissan dealer?

NISSAN may have a record of in-shop work such as service bulletins completed. Of course work done by a independent shop or the owner will be difficult to verify. For peace of mind why not have the vehicle inspected?

BTW I recommend that you shop by mileage not model year.

well this 03 has about 28k, only way to inspect the tranny is to drive it. How can u chack if the tranny has been replaced by nissan?

Any Nissan service department can reference the database for that info.

Or you can call Nissan USA customer service.
