pricing

how much more would i expect to pay to have the dealership put brembos on a base 350z if i asked for invoice price as well on an 06 base.

Are you serious? Dealer will charge you full MSRP on the Brembos and then some, and **** you over on the install price!

Just buy a Track if you want Brembo's, or buy aftermarket, uhm, lets say STOPTECH!

Like zand02max stated, you can get better brakes for less money if you go with a different brand.
