Default Prices for 06???

I was hoping those members that purchased their Zs in the latter part of the year like now would share what numbers they paid or were quoted from invoice. I am trying to figure out what numbers are reasonable this time of the year. All the dealers I have spoken to make it sound like the Z is rare this time of the year, which sort of makes sense, but I know its a marketing ploy, because I have a couple of dealers that straight up offered me invoice as the first quote. The problem is I dont know if its possible to get them below invoice and if so, by how much.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Tell them the Dealer Holdback is about $7-900, so they aren't losing anything. And they will also probably add $200-500 for "Documentation Fee".

Daytona Blue Enthusiast 6-speed with side airbags, floor and trunk mats, cargo convience pkg, alum kick plates.

The MSRP is 30,925. Invoice is 28,436.

Is that what you mean?

Depends on area, I tried all around this region and short of driving 200 miles the best I could find was $500 over dealer invoice. I knew I could have worked a better deal but to me it was more about getting the z I wanted.

I would say the offer should work
The new 07 is coming out soon, and they are going to want these off there lots...
The offer above is reasonable

So you're saying if I can get invoice, I should take it?

I consider $28,451 a reasonable offer. If the dealer asks How did you arrive at that number?, don't get sucked into a debate. Just make the offer and stick with it.

FYI, I got my 06 for about 400 over invoice back in February. BUT, they gave me $500 more on my trade-in than any other dealer would give me. So it worked out pretty good in the end.

According to Edmunds:
MSRP: $30,375
Invoice: $28,063
What others are paying: $28,607

What I paid: $28,453

Like stated above though, make your offer and STICK TO IT..so many people end up giving in on it

I got mine for a good deal, you should as well

Agree. Demand influences price. When there is a foot of snow on the ground, dealers are more apt to deal. Of course I don't know how you would get a 350Z home in a foot of snow.
