Like the title says im thinking of trading my evo for a Z

i love the classy look of the Z

and im jealous of the wheel wells of the Z

you think i should make the trade?

It depends on if you'd rather have that AWD performance, launching capabilities, and solid boosted motor OR a better lookingm, naturally aspirated, RWD sport touring coupe.

I'm partial to the Z because of its more mature appearance.

 

yep, i just got rid of my STi for a 350z... the z just lokos so damn good

I have both the EVO and Z ... to tell you the truth the evo achives power a lot easier than the 350z and to be honest I hardly drive it (the evo) because the Z feels more solid. -I hope this helps.

 

i know the evo is easier to get power out of but the look of the Z is wayy nicer and more mature i think im going to do it

 

When you test drive the Z, you should be sold. Or normally -- that's what happens. Knowing you're in a 50K+ looking car is quite the confidence booster.

But the community is equally impressive, and the 350Z can easily become a beast when boosted or put on the bottle.

 

If you wanted a 350Z you would be driving one not asking questions.

i got rid of my 340hp WRX for the Z.. LOVE THE DECISION I MADE.. it feels like a real car. The Evo IX is a super sick car.. but you can help love the way the Z drives/looks and makes you feel

Tough choice. The evo is the intelligent choice, the Z is the emotionally gratifying choice. The evo is fast and practical, the Z is beautiful and feels like a true sportscar.

 

That decision really needs to be made by you. If you feel that you would rather have a Z, then make the trade. If after you look into it at the dealer and take it for a test drive and think that the car does not fit, you must not commit.

The Z is far more sophisticated for what my opinion means. The Evo is just plain ugly and is a kids car, IMHO.

depends on ur preference... the evo is a lot more performance oriented and the 350 looks better so in the end depends on what you want. Frankly i would never give up that 4g63 ... im a bit dissapointed in the 350 when it comes to power ... maybe the new 07's or 08's .. with the newer engine will change that.

 

I am happy with my choice to get the z.... tho the thought of building out a 500hp evo is still very intriguing.
Just think of it this way... if you treat your car like a lady.... would you rather have a boxy common looking sedan of a girl, or would you rather have a girl like the Z... Uniquely pretty nice eyes (hids), great heart (vq), sexy hips and a style all their own
(single again..... now using the extra time and money to mod)
