04 SB Touring $25.9k 16000miles Good Deal?

So finnaly i find a SB Z that is located somewhat close to me that is a manual and has low miles its a 04 not a 05+ like I wanted but it will do.
Is it a alright deal? Im sure I could bargain with them havent talked to them at price at all, saw it online.
Does it look ok? anything look wrong in those pics, there not the greatest but there what i was provided with. Its a damn 4hour drive and I am snowed in at the moment so :-)
