Default coming from type-s

well, ive parted with my 02 rsx-s, and ive layed my eyes on an s2000 or, obviously, a z. i am so much more attracted to the z, i mean, damn! i really am looking for a dependable car, and i know that honda/acura is no question. i want to get the z bad, but do i need to worry about reliability? whats it compared to the s2000? thanks all

to an s200 not sure but I had an 04 Type S and all I can say is go with the Z. I missed the rsx for a while when I was learning to drive rwd and all but no comparison. No problems with the Z that wasn't my fault and most fun car I have ever owned. Z hands down from me.

I love my Z to sratr on..
The only thing I don't like about the S2000 is that you have to rev the WEE out of them to get power...
In a Z you have low end power as well....
That is why my brother sold his S2000 he just couldn't beat the $hit out of it..like you have to...to make it go fast.

I posted Consumer Reports reliability data a dozen times. Search is your friend.

Question

Did you review Consumer Reports data? What do you think is the most reliable model year to shop for?

I have an 02 RSX-S along w/ an 06 350z track model. No question the Z was the right choice. I sell Hondas and this is the first non honda I've ever owned. There is a noticeable difference in quality of materials compared to a Honda but I've got one word to say...TORQUE.

Plus, eventually you'll get sick of the S2000 because of size and that fact you have to rev to 8000 to feel like your going anywhere.

I traded a 2002 RSX-S for a 2006 Enthusiast 350z - haven't regretted it once - neither will you.

I dunno guys, he might be beter off gettin I/H/E and hondata. I mean c'mon would you really wanna sell a car with potential to run 10's? They don't even make them anymore! Plus if you sell the rsx you will no longer get driving lessons with Chuck Norris like the warrenty states. I dunno maybe he should think it over...

Even though he should've searched, when other people on this board start threads where the first post is something like: Civic SI or Porsche 911? (and just leave it as that)

threads like this which are genuine should slide.
