Did you try that program on edmunds.com that gives you a rough estimate of the average price payed for the vehicle you want around the country? Also if the deal seems fishy tell them your lawyer is going to review it, you will probably get them to draft up your contract minus stupid fees like dealer prep which is basically a car wash.
