What price OTD do you think would be reasonable if I told the dealer I want the enthusiast trim with Nismo Rims? 31k?

OTD is impossible to really figure out since taxes are different in every state.

You should be able to get the car for someplace between invoice and a few hundred UNDER invoice. IMO it sounds like they think they can sell you at MSRP and they decided to see if they can up the ante by selling you a couple more K in upgraded wheels. Be and educated buyer, not a mark!

Only reason I got the new car was that the dealership wouldnt do anything about the transmission before my warranty ran out and I wasn't enjoying the car as much because of that. I did not want to continue paying for a newish car but not be able to use the full potential of it because my 3rd gear would grind anytime I didnt granny shift into it. I really enjoy my 07 and its 6 cup holders too.

if you get both sets of wheels, i'd say 31k otd would be good.

ONLY if you get both sets, Nismo and stock(8 wheels total)

otherwise i think it is pretty common for people to get it at 30k otd.

Without being a jerk always remind yourself maybe even salesman. The dealer needs to sell a car to stay in business. YOU do not have to buy one from that or any location.Yes once you get that salesman that went the extra mile. Keep sending him/her business. Also please never reveal your true budget and always negotiate everything seperately. price, rate, trade in. Term will be obvious to fit your budget.Numbers are so easy to manipulate to "help fit your budget".
