Default Good price for a Z base $25,950 (out the door)?

Looks like I got a lock on a Brickyard Base (not telling where... lol) in stock for $25,950 out the door.
6-Speed Manual
Aerodynamics Package
Aluminum Kick Plates
Floor Mats
Splash Guards
Trunk Mat

Here is what edmunds.com is showing "invoice" at:
$25,789

So this would mean I got it for $161 over "invoice"... But seeing there are not any "extra" fees like Doc, Prep, etc which run around $200. That means I got it for $49 "under invoice".

Not a bad deal huh?? I pick it up on the 16th... Sweet!

dont forget tax, title and license fees.

Are you sure you dont want to upgrade to the Enthusiast? You might be sorry a few weeks from now, little things like HID, Homelink, etc, for a few hundred bucks are hard to beat.

Just pointing out,
Eric

Default Na I plan to mod the base model alot

The best price I could get on a Enthusiast was $27,400; but when I went to order it they said "Oh we are sorry, but we already ordered. But we could backchannel our order and change it for $1000 over invoice." Needless to say I walked out...

That would have meant $27,900, which is 2k more than the base is. I know I can get the HID's for $400. The homelink does not mean that much to me. Cruise control is going the way of "bright-lights" you can never use it anymore because of the traffic. The limited-slip from what I have heard here is the cheapest one you can put in a car. So I plan on added a helix or equivent for around $900.

Guess it boils down to I'm not into buying stuff just to rip it off and replace it with something else better...

Couple of things I'll be getting right away.

1. Clear Bra
2. Window Tint
3. 18 or 19" HRE 456R's (brushed)

So much for saving $$$ lol

sounds like you have thought it through,

I got the clear bra right away, and it has given me a huge piece of mind. It looks bad at first, so dont freak out, you need to let it sit in the sun a bit for the little fluid bubble to evaporate.

I have had mine on about 10 days and its looking pretty good.

Get the headlight covers if you can, again they look like crap for about one week, but now they are crystal clear.

Good luck,
Eric

They're still selling at MSRP here in San Diego. I was in Scottsdale, Az a few weeks back. the base was listed at 25,150.

Bat,
Where did you see that price in Scottsdale, Pinnacle, ABC, Midway or the other one which I can't currently think of? I think having four dealers in a 10 mile radius has created some healthy competition for business, hence lower prices!

Now that I got my deposit down with a contract for the Z. I got it from Hayes Nissan out of Nashville, TN. Kevin and Brian Gann worked the deal from me.

He told me last weekend they had a sell at $1 over invoice.

I searched for the model / color I wanted on the Nissan site, there were 3. 2 in Nashville, and 1 in Texas (within a decent distance).

I called the TX location first and got "We don't sell for less than sticker", I hung up the phone.

Called 1 in Nashville, again same story.

Called Hayes Nissan and shot them my price. Kevin called me back and we got locked in. Faxed them a CC to hold the car with, and told them I would pick it up on the 16th.

Of all the dealers I have dealt with (20-30) these guys are the only ones that did not try and jerk my chain. I would recommend anyone looking for a Z within 500+ miles of Nashville to call these guys.

Costs me $92 bucks on Southwest to fly to Nashville and pick it up. Then I have to drive to Chicago to close a business deal, then drive back to Kansas City. That should just about cover the break-in period...

Cheers guys!

I live in Memphis and i'm looking for a white Enthus. model.
The 2 dealers here are cocky as hell about the prices.
Nashville is only a few hours away...Did you see any White Enthus.? What's Haynes Nissan's Number?
