What sort of rates is Nissan offering when you buy new? Any thing under 5%?

is that 15 or 20% include gas and insurance? If so, using 20%, I can afford exactly 0 on car payments. The gas and insurance eats up all my budget!!! What hell~! Luckily, my car is paid off, I guess I'm right where I should be then.

Since interest rates went down yesterday, maybe some loan rates will go down here and there.
