This seems outrageous in price, considering MSRP is only about 1k more! Here are the details, what do you guys think is a FAIR offer on this car:

last I heard the dealer I bought from whom I got my car at msrp around 6 months ago. had a black track there at the time, asking around 41k for it I believe. they know they wont sell it, more or less its a Z to have on the lot at all times. not sure if they use it as a tester or not. I test drove the one I purchased.
