To be fair, since the Z is in San Diego... the owner may live in Skyline and purchased the emblem because he thought it was cool?

motivated seller is right. I would have too be extremely motivated to buy that. you get what you pay for. the car looks awful and anyone who is going to do that too a perfectly good car, imagine how they drove it.
