Good price for 2008 350Z GT?

Hello,

Is $33,680+taxes a good price for 2008 350Z Coupe Grand Touring, 6-speed?
MSRP is $36,350.

What do you think?

How do you come up with the target price?
Simply 8% off MSRP?

Invoice is $33,287+$625 destination charge.

Yes. 92 percent of MSRP is a good number to use. Seems suitable for all models and price ranges. As the year progresses, prices will fall to 91 and 90 percent.

That is a good price but you can get more off.
$33,500-000 range I would purchase.
