Sounds high for various reasons.

1. Its already 08.
2. Its a Base
3. I paid 28k to 29k I think for my Enth out the door. I did my research and got a good deal based on invoice/msrp/interest rates, etc. Granted it was 2 years ago..BUT STILL...

 

wouldn't pay more than 27000 OTD, check the invoice and the dealer has a $6XX 'dealer hold back' and probably more chit they don't show so hope that helps

 

Too high. You can get barely used ones (less than 10k miles) for 2007 base here in Cali around 22k. So tell the nutcase to deal that sucker down.

By the way, a Base model is fine. The Enthusiast people can sit here and hype up all their Enthusiasts to the death, but a Base will serve you fine.

The only things I missed not having in my Base is passenger side vanity mirror on the sun visor, and that's only because some of the chickies complained too much about it. But now they bring their own mirrors to my car hahhha.

Traction control, VLSD, bla bla bla, too many electronics. You really only need ABS.
