with your financial situation, depending on how "low" your credit score is, and what you've averaged as income stated on your tax returns for the last two years, yes its possible.
your choices are home equity loan(assuming there is equity in your house)
refinance of your current auto loan.(since you said it's almost paid off)
as a financial advisor(not licensed consultant) for a credit union, i would suggest doing and auto refi with cash out.

You can always get a 0% APR on purchases credit card. You need a to have a SERIOUS plan to pay it off and make sure they do not hit you with fees if you do not pay it off in a year. You can do a balance transfer after that if you want to extend it to 2 years to pay for it with another 0% BT card for 12-18 months. They typically charge 2-3 % BT fee. You just need to cut up the card so you stop spending on it after you charge it. You can set it up so you automatically pay each month so you never have to worry about missing a payment and loosing your 0% rate.
It's what I am doing...as long as I don't get fired, I will have it all paid for (car, school bills and CC w/turbo) in 2 years or less!
In retroepct, I should have waiting longer and stuck to my original plan to wait until next year to do the turbo with gas climbing at an unusual rate/unpredicatable rate. Resist the bite of the turbo bug as long as you can until you have a SOLID plan to pay it off!!!
Cutting up the card is ESSENTIAL as well...that's where you loose control
