Locating A 350Z By Yourself
anybody know how to actually find a new 350Z without going through a dealer and having him use his Locator? is there a website for this?
i'm talking new ones here, either a 2007 or a 2008. seems like finding one online yourself would save a lot of hassle with a dealership.

'06 Grand Touring with less than 1400 miles. Listed for 28000 but down to 23000 out the door with trade.

Can search new and used on Autotrader...but dont limit yourself to new...you can find some screaming deals on used.
The dealer locator is ********. When I wanted my car, I called like 6 dealers in all corners of the country and had them "locate" one, and they all told me it didnt exist (and surprise surprise, wanted me to order one from them). So then I just googled nissan dealers throughout the state, and looked at each ones website..and checked stock. After about 30 websites, I found the exact model 500mi away. Its time consuming..but it works. **** dealers.

i am expecting a call from the Nissan dealership that is 4.5 hours away from me tonight. they told me saturday they would call me tonight.
assuming they are even close, i am closing the deal, leaving to drive down towards that area tomorrow night, get a hotel, then driving on in to their place wednesday morning and do the deal. then driving it the 4.5 hours home.

Most dealerships post their inventory online. Simply search dealers within a reasonable distance, check their inventory, and email them an offer. Tht's how I bought mine.
I bought it form a dealer in Charlotte, about 4 hours from me. They delivered same day, no charge. (They wanted to get the sale in that months business).

Whitey, Best of luck to you with this one. Do yourself a favor and be stern with the dealership- I don't want to see this turn into another one of your famous
