Default Car purchase thru AMEX

For those of you who are AMEX (American Express) card holders, AMEX is offering what seems to be a pretty goode deal on new or used car purchases. The link I have attached takes you to their auto sales page where you can enter the vehicle of your choice and see their price offer vs reg price, and thru a dealer near you. For kicks I requested an 08350z Enthusiast which they list as $29.2K and they offered it for $21.6K, quite a difference. I wish I would have seen this a month ago. Oh well, check it out.

+1.

USAA uses Zag too.

Here's the pricing for my area using USAA for BRAND NEW 2008 Z(which is Zag).

https://my350z.com/forum/buying-leas...incentive.html

Base 6MT: $21409
Enthusiast 6MT: $22684
Touring 6MT: $25579

People who are trying to sell their car used will probably be left staring with their jaws hanging to the floor because they are going to be in disbelief about how fast their cars have depreciated.

What’s the scam? You have to charge the vehicle to your American Express card?

It's not a scam. It's a internet car buying service similar to CarsDirect except I've used USAA and all the dealers that submit the bids do in fact honor the member price.

I dont see the big discount here, all the prices are over invoice still. I priced out 335i, and M3, nothing for GTR though.

Invoice is a starting point for negotiation, yes this is how i buy my cars.
