well price wise i like the red one, but i like the roadster due to it being a roadster... also im taking issues into consideration... as stated above the 03 has more issues than the 05, someone please verify this and be more specific on issues so i will know what im in for if i buy 03 or either 05...

David is sarcastic, read more posts by him. He is just entertaining himself with a comment that will upset you :P
the 03 is at risk for tire feathering, but you can tell by looking at the tire (if they are new no such luck). I would suspect a Z with that kind of miles had it corrected by now if it ever had it.
other things to look out for are failing window motors. roll them up and down like ten times, see if ones struggling, if they are use that as a bargaining chip on the price becaus they are 250$ to replace, more or less if you DIY or stealership repair.
there are more .. and they've been discussed numerous times. I suggest searching around the forums a bit - you're buying a car, this is a big decision, and it warrents the hours put into research.

Any time AT Vs MT comes up, it brings out the most childess behavior of the group.
Personally, I'd go for the coup; looks better than vert and handles better. also more room for carrying things.
03's had problem with tire feathering but it can be fixed.
Whatever you buy, have it inspected by good mechanic before you write check.
