it can sit on their lot if you can't. don't feel rushed into making a decision because of the APR offer, did you let them pull your credit, are you certain you can even get that?

things are about to get worse, not better, with the economy. hang tight, you're in an excellent position as a buyer.

are you OK with your car depreciating 10k below what you purchased it after driving it 10k miles? 34.5k is not a good deal.

your call

I was offered $33,855 OTD today and i walked out on it again cuz i wanted it for 32k OTD. Am I being too unreasonable here? They have been holding on to the Nismo for over 6 months now...they can't sell it!

.. so they dropped the price 700 after all that time? ****ers. I would show them some examples of nismos selling for less and ask why they are unable to match it. I doubt you will get these guys to where you want them.

props to you for holding out.

tell them thats nice. im sorry you guys paid more then you had to. other people are realizing this and selling for less before the economy gets even worse.

if they are willing to sell below invoice by a few grand (TTL is usually like what 2500?), so more then a few grand .. they are willing to move more.

they are trying to convince you the deal is awesome - and in all fairness, the deal is good. its just that there is better out there .. : )

dude for that much money I would have been all over a 370z. I know it's a classic car and all but...

370z > nismo 350z

I'll wait until the end of February to go back and offer 30k OTD and see if they will do it.

I agree with everyone else, if they want you to pay that much i would just wait for the 370z. Here in TX you can find a 08 nismo at 30 or just below in San Antonio.

I agree. Be patient. Tell them what you are willing/able to spend and very nicely wish them luck selling the car. Tell them you understand that they feel they need to get more for the car but if they get desperate, they know where to find you.

Dealers are people too. If you come off as an *******, then they won't want to deal with you. If you come off and just a nice kid that can only spend a certain amount of money, and someone who would be very grateful if they were able to take your offer, they just might do it if they get tired of carrying the cost of the car sitting on the lot. Every month you wait means that you owe less on the other car, which will help.
