Default Who's stolen an 08?

Any deals to brag about?

Local dealer just told me they'd do $25k on an 08 Base 6mt (Black/black cloth)

Should I tell him I'll be there this afternoon if they do $24k and give me 1.9% for 60 months?

uh 25k OTD for a base maybe. talk them down to 21-22k.

I'd rather try to get an enthusiast OTD for 25-27.

well, theres no sales tax in OR keep in mind. Basically it's just the price of the car plus the minor doc/lic fees.

thats ok otd...

this is a VERY bad spot for auto manufacturers. we have not even
seen a bottom. pricing is going to slide. there will be '08 z's on lots for
12mos.+ new. the supply is deep and demand is weak.

please wait 90 days. then offer $18k otd.

Oregon is weird .. you can't even legally pump your own gas! When we took a road trip down there I was dumbfounded. hahah you need to be certified and trained to pump gas! ahhh

About the sales tax thing..no we don't have it Oregon, but on the flipside dealers here don't normally cut the kind of deals you see in SoCal or even SeaTac...it's like they feel it's their god-given right to charge more because they know the consumer escapes Sales Tax here. In reality I don't *think* Sales Tax affects the dealer's profit one iota, but could be wrong.

Oh there's no less than *5* Nissan dealers in a 30 mile radius of my zip code that have the exact same car according to Nissandriven.com, so i'll do some shopping.

Are these prices with or without the $2500 rebate? I was just quoted $26,500 for an Enthusiast AFTER the $2500 rebate.

Hey Fenris,

I'm in NJ and was quoted $25,625 AFTER the $2,500 rebate just to give you an idea. And from what they told me, an extra $1,000 rebate is offered for February. Not sure if that's national though. While I'm here, tell me what you guys think.

Right now I'm at $24,625 for an Enthusiast before TTL. Is that good? Oh and one more thing, is there no way for me to play my iPod in this car beside FM transmitter? THanks

I got my 07 for 21k. It's base and only had 8k miles on it. So that deal for the 08 seems pretty good..

You're having better luck than me. Went to another dealership and they only went down to $26,250 for a new 08 Enthusiast. Those guys were complete morons anyways, asking $29,000 for a USED 08 Enthusiast with 10k miles when I was quoted 30k for a base 370z at the previous dealership. $24,600 sounds like a really good deal for a new Enthusiast!

Stand your ground. Tell them that you want the car, a loan and some cash for spending money.

Got my 08 Nogaro red base 6M for 24,000 even. Not OTD of course. Haha 18k would be a hell of a deal!

I dont think they'll sell anybody a new one for $18k. 21-22k before TTL is already retarded IMO.

I've got offers out to 3 other dealers for $24k, and I think I hit the 4th one for $23k. We'll see what they say Remember I don't pay sales tax in OR, so it would basically just be their quoted price, plus maybe $150-200 for license/docs. $23-24k OTD for a 6mt Base would be strong IMO.

That's of course including the $2500 trunk money/rebate offered by Nissan, yes.
